Stud fee always up front, I will assure at least one tie with a picture if the bitch's owner is not on sight. If that mating does not take I give them another next heat and that is that. I have no control what happens after the bitch leaves. The fact that there was a litter produced should be your answer no? Why did the pups die? In all likely hood it had nothing to do with the stud dog. If the person can not afford the stud fee at the time of service then they should not be having a litter in the first place.
