Does this impact dogs already titled that came from them?

by Ida Bitum on 10 January 2008 - 06:01

Hello Kreiger,

I plan on staying on the "Eurosport Bus"...I personally own three fabulous females that I purchased from Eurosport K9. Each one is a representative of what high standards in breeding and puppy imprinting should be about.  My First girl Anja (Dona kvero x Kinte) came to me at 8 weeks...she popped out of her crate at the Dallas airport (11 hour flight) with not a care in the world...perfect puppy.  My second, Mary (Marlyn Equidius) came to me at the age of three (fully trained) and what a dream dog she is.  Mary was bred to Eurosports Galant  and I kept a pup from that litter...her name is Fluzi.  Not once have I felt that Taunya and Josef have not put forth the upmost care and concern for the well being of the dogs that they produce.  Breeding is a crapshoot...not every litter will produce a champion...sometimes its just a litter of quality canine companios. Ethical breeding practices begin with good character...Taunya and Josef excemplify this trait.

As for Roboy...whats your point? I question the validity (cut and paste?...try a link ) of your post ... as well as the resone behind it.  Aside from your obvious hostility you clearly lack empathy ...anyone that would end a post (or bashing in your case) with a sarcastic remark (Taunya's concern for Uri) about someone elses pain should question their humanity.

ROBOY

This was certainly no secret. Both of Samir s scores for his SVV 1 were posted on the page. I dont know who you are but you are really negative.

This is what happened.

We had a trial for SVV and it was on the same day that I flew in from Texas. I could have let someone else title Samir but I really wanted to do it. The judge who is a very nice old man who has been a judge for 30 years told me that I could trial with the 2 other people under him 1 week later. I was thrilled because I am the only American to do the SVV title.

I trialed the next weekend under Stephen Gratz and I thought all was fine. The kennel club contacted me and said that would not be okay and I would have to do the title over. So, I did the title over and got an even better score under a different judge. Mike Diehl and Sean Okaine were there and Sean took pictures and they are on the page.

I assumed that after 30 years of judging, Mr. Gratz knew the rules and I never thought it would be an issue. He also thought it would be okay. He fought like crazy because the thinks he is correct. The kennel club said NO so I did the title again.

I welcome and have always welcomed anyone to our kennel to watch our dogs work. There are tons of videos on every dog. Watch the latest videos on Samir obedience just posted. Does your dog work like that? We put many hours in our dogs.

Mr. Gratz is still listed as a judge in this years judges list. Samirs title is on the books in Slovak kennel club. He is also ready for SVV2 and SVV 3.

Josef is a very controversial man and many people hate us and will do anything to hurt us.

I have only seen one dog from Eurosport...and she is a great dog!  Wish she were my dog.

I think they have one of the most informative web sites out there.  Very nice.

I am sure they would want all for there dogs to be perfect...but that cant be the case.  It seems they sell alot of dogs so if they would get a 95% satisfaction rating I think that is great.

I wonder how many people complaining would get a 95% rating at their jobs? ....not many.

Just guessing about the 95%....but I bet its close.

I have ordered equiptment form old farm kennels.   The lady was very nice and informative.....and didnt rip me off on shipping like other places try to do.

Jasmine,

 Way to go!!!!

I too will stay on the Eurosport bus. A very wise friend once told me"the more you are in the publics eye, the more someone will try to shoot you down". Taunya and Josef go above and beyond to assure their dogs get the best.

The incident is tragic but never the less rectified. I am glad this board exhist, so Taunya could explain the situation. Many years of hard work have been put into develoing the Eurosport name.. I hope this clears it up and we can end the bashing. This was a private matter which had been settled. If you have issues with a breeder, don't buy from them. Unless someone specifically asks for information or references we need to stop bashing on here. It only serves to make us all look like a bunch of katty loosers

I normally dont post on message boards, but in this case I must.

My name is Sean O'Kane and I was there to witness Taunya and Samir during her SVV trial.  I guess I dont care if royboy believes Eurosport K-9 or not.  All I can say is I witnessed a great team complete their SVV 1 title.  As far as Eurosport goes I couldnt have met nicer people.  We all know how nice the dogs are that come from Eurosport, but what impressed me the most is how much they care about their dogs.

I went to the vet with them while I was there so they could have 4 dog's hips and elbows xrayed.  While the vet had the dogs sedated Taunya went around to each dog and cleaned their ears and clip their nails.  These were not dogs that were going to be shipped anytime soon, but dogs they had for sale for the future.  I liked seeing someone with many dogs put so much effort and care into their well being.  Their kennels were also very well kept and all the dogs were very well cared for.  I seen many dogs while I was there and even took one back with me that I just had to have.

So to answer the original post on here.  You cant make everyone happy... so dont take the word of someone who is apparently  jealous of such a good buisness and realize that Eurosport is the real deal.  Just look at the 3 dogs on the world team this past October.  The USA National Champion, The Czech National Champion, and the Slovakia National Champion.  Proof is in the pudding I always say...

This is clearly a case of "don't feed the trolls"

Roboy comes out of nowhere and has only posted on this thread. Obviously he doesn't like Eurosport k9 for some reason and is hiding behind some name to call hate down on them. Josef was the team leader at the WUSV this year for the U.S. and he had dogs of his own kennel place fairly well including Mike Diehls dog and another dog name Ozzy I think which placed 7th. I think Josef has proven himself quite well in the training arena. Who is Roboy?

I'm soooo happy to see these scam artists(jmo) are finally getting what they have been asking for.Every time I hear the eurosport name my blood boils. They ripped me off good.Roboy I beleive everything you say in your post, and thank you for telling the truth.Roboy isn't bashing just letting the public know what is being published about eurosport in their own country. As for those that want to critiscize Roboy ,because they like their dog from eurosport ; even a blind squirel finds a nut every once in a while.I paid over $4,000 for what was supposed to be an untitled green serious competition dog.All I got was an average dog with average drives. The dog has quite a bit of nerve to him and is real handler sensitive. It gets better, I had him x-rayed 3 weeks after his 2nd birthday and found bi-lateral hip dysplasia.the dog was in my possesion for 3 months when i found this problem.I also never got a copy of his pre-lims that they had posted on their website.I asked them to send me a new dog and i got some BS excuse that I injured the dog and they are not going to give me a  damn thing.I even tried to compromise with them and ask that they just refund half of my money as $2,000 is MORE than reasonable for a dog  with his problems.I got no sympathy from them. They refused to answer my e-mails after that.I am not an isolated incident.Check out DDR legends forum and the working dog forum for more horror stories. Most people that i have talked to that are deeply involved in schutzhund have either given me negative responses or leukwarm responses about their business.I could go on and on about this subject but, I will end with this. Quote "Josef is a controversial man and many people hate us and will do anything to hurt us".Why do you think these people hate you so much?
