Well I think it is up until about the third grade. By then they are probably around 16 and getting that drivers license is more important.

PS Nona, only one person tried to defend you. There should be a message there for you. By the way she did a piss poor job.

I remember DDR....

I notice that the DDR post were getting farther and farther into
a paranoid realm....I did not see anyone try to contact
this person to see if they could help.....
Sock Puppet said he did. But was not welcomed.

Maybe in the future if some one is suffering from dementia or
mentally unstable we could try to help more and prevent things
from getting worse....Some times you can't do anything, but at least
you tried.

Because if you knew and did nothing...well .

Max, you need to get your facts straight before you go off. There was plenty being done behind the scenes to not only get her the help she needed but more importantly, attempt to get help for the animals AND the woman in her "care". And if you remember, please tell me what YOU did.

Nothing....I did not know DDR that well or lived by them. This sounds like there was
much more history. The next time if this happens I will try to help if I can.

If it was behind the scenes I was not aware of it and I don't do PMs
about other people....But I won't bemoan it,.. that is for sure.

I am sure alot of people did something behind the scenes.
