Hilde - all of the above is good -- you need to PUT YOUR ISSUES IN A LETTER, and send it CERTIFIED MAIL/RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED - so that you have documentation of your efforts to resolve. And yes, just be nice, lay out all the facts, from initial contact - deposit given, pup delivered 0N ..... Whatever went down -- called this date and that -- etc., etc., - so that you have one document detailing all that has taken place, and your efforts to get what you are due. at the end, be specific about what will become your demands. "I expect to receive akc registration paperwork on or before THIS DATE, or I will be forced to take further action. !!

HileHaus, They have been around for some time, I would be very suprised if they did not make good on the paper work,I know Mike Diehl is good people, try going that route.He should be able to push things along for you.
