I think it was a little misunderstood or some have not had to handle a crazed over the top dog. I like high drive dogs, the female I have is very high drive, just not crazed over the top. I have handled those types of dogs, they are either handler aggressive or nuts. You try driveing around in a car all day with a dog that won't shut up or spins or tries to chew his way out or every time you turn around he is challengeing you for top dog position, no thanks, don't need to be that macho. I worked a GSD in Iraq and Afghanistan that even at 135 F he was still wanting to search more vehicles even after we had just done 50-60. That is a high drive dog, yet I could take him back to my tent and he would settle down chew his bone and sleep and if I fell asleep also, didn't have to worry about him destroying the place or eating me alive. As far as the original post, colors really don't matter as long as the dog is healthy and sound with good temperment, and workability. Mike

ZVZW- that was a very interesting link. Too bad on there famous blood lines that produce whites they did not put them in alphabetical order of kennel names instead of dogs first name. Made it a little hard to look for kennels without going through the entire list. but, it was a informative site. Mike
