LaPorte, I absolutely admit, that other agency's may be better to look into the matter mentioned. I absolutely admit, that djc, was not implied as the abuser, but was implied as a witness in my opinion. And I still absolutely beleive the matter should be further reviewed by proper authorities... not to say your choice of proper authorities would not differ from mine, and also not saying that eighther would be more or less beneficial. Hence the title of the thread. YOU are creating problems for schutzhund,ie: getting agencys involved that would like nothing better than to see the sport banned is not helping at all. Lashing out without thinking and "throwing your weight around", and black mailing, is not something that becomes you. You are letting your emotions cloud your judgement. Shooting the messenger was ended in the Dark Ages.So are you going to turn all the others in who also know that things like this go on? Most everyone, who knows or hears about these type of things, thinks that they are outrageous and should not be tolerated. Why do you think I brought it up? So that change can happen in a way that might work to better the sport. NOT ruin it like you are setting in motion. You're waisting space with your "OR" laws. They mean nothing at all in this situation. You did not see an abused dog, you did not see someone abusing a dog. All you have hearsay. Find a more intellegent and constructive way of helping better the sport. Try sharing "What would you change?", in a intellegent manner without lashing out a messengers who are trying to right a wrong. Debby
