You are absolutely right on the money. The number of ISSR dogs rescued and now living in Canada is growing as are the former members of Ms Barber's registry.
Of course we are all black listed as thieves, and corrupted by the lust for money by producing "mutt litters".
I guess that's why we spend thousands of dollars getting these dogs into responsible care.
