Unfortunately It appears to only allow photo updates, not new photo submission:(

my dog never had a photo previously, she was registered while the photo part was not working. I hit the update to add a photo where there never as one.

I was able to "update" my dog's photo without re-registering him. It simply appeared as a new photo. Whatevever, works....

Brian, she is beautiful...I don't know much about the working dogs and what they are supposed to look like, but I think she looks great.
