Sorry, I disagree! The gun is the veiled part of the threat, but this is not... "you need a gun in cast some one (sic) wants to bust your lips."

Excuse me mods, I am the OP and Max came barging in here with his damn guns. He couldn't be happy with the one he started. Go figure.
Modulus Rex moderator comment: To clear up any confusion, by OP, I meant Max as the OP of his post that you find objectionable, not you as the thread starter. As for a threat, saying you need a gun in case someone wants to "bust your lips" is too remote. If he'd said "you'd better get a gun because I'm going to bust your lips" then that would be a clear TOS violation and would be dealt with. I hope this clarifies things, but in any case it's time to move on.
