Excuse me if you are selling Urma books to the public.
There is no real way to know who I was dealing with, basically an e mail address and Anders did not seem to know you, so it's sort of unclear as to who I would be dealing with.
You may get a better response by including your name and address on this site to raise the comfort level.

I believe that von Turbo has the distribution rights for the United Sates.
Also, books are not sent out if credit cards are DECLINED.

Kerry, It was sent two day UPS. I must say I did receive an email, that they had a short term employee and they are looking in to it. Although that would not explain on why they said it was sent, and then not returning many calls & emails. But I have a good feeling things seem to be working themselves out.

Great Fokwulfe, it does sound like things are going to work out for you! I had a charge to my credit card last month for some "animal posters", from a company by a name that I vaguely remember, but I didn't order any posters, that I recall. Your problem is reminding me to check into this further.

I cannot help but to reply to these comments. I am working through von Turbo Kennel to provide you all with the Urma Books here in the US. The above issue is an isolated issue and is being handled with the customer directly.

I got my last Urma book through them, I think. Ordered it awhile ago, it arrived in a very timely fashion, absolutely no problem.
Isn't UScA also selling them?

Due to the fact that the discussion went across the board and I was informed that this is von Turbo's buisness, I was able to send him a message. I am almost positive that he will take care of whatever staffing problems he was having.

I'm a little confused. How is MarcoPolo at his e mail address connected to Nikki with a different address? Are you guys working together? The same contact or two different people offer the Urman books? The original post was in Euro and a .de e mail address which looks like a German set up to me.
I know David is a distributor for Urma in the US. So how does it all tie together? What are the prices in US dollars? What physical address do you send monet to?
I could use a couple of past issues and have friends that want some. They really do make great XMas gifts for a GSD enthusist.
In any case it's great to see this forum used to convey information and get numerous opinions and hopefully results.
