That is another repeat of the same? As I understand it I would need membership for myself, registeration for the older dog in my name, only the entry fee for the 11 month old puppy no registration for him. An extra 35 total for all of us if I were member of the other registry club instead of yours. Is this correct? That is all I am asking and would appreciate a simple, correct, answering response please. Repeating the same info does not answer my question. I see your fee for club is 40 dollars more than the other club and would be offset using that one over yours by the 35 dollar fee, but I want to make sure I dont join the wrong club for the whole cant be a member if a member of the other one... still trying to understand all of that part.
Before filling out the entries I wish to make sure I understand. If I do not understand that perhaps I would not wish to enter and travel all the way there just to find out something is wrong. The link to the show grounds on the website was inncorrect so I am just making sure my grasp of this issue is not flawed.

Thanks Mary for the clairifications. Your response to this question raises another question:
2. In order to obtain an individual registration for a dog that wasn't litter registered with USCA, one must be a member of USCA. True or False? This is only for entering into the USA Sieger show. Any other time YES you must be a member of USA to individually register a dog...
Here's my question. If the membership requirements are waived to USA register a dog for the sieger show, does it remain USA registered after the event or is the registration good for the sieger show only? If it's only a registration for the event, would it need to be re registered the following year again for the sieger show?
Thanks

Randy, once the dog is USA registered it's registered for it's life.

Mary,
Thanks for the clairification.
If a dog is co owned, do both owners need to be USA members or only one?

IF you are a living in the United States & not a member of a WUSV club, then YES you would need to either join the SV-USA-GSDCA.

Sorry I don’t know what the other club membership fee is. I haven’t bothered to check. For me it doesn’t matter.

The show is at: Address is 600 East Royal Lane Irving, TX 75039.
It’s the same address as the Las Colinas Equestrian Center.
The polo field is officially known as Spring Trail Park Polo Field. As you can see they share the same complex..

- You’re an SV member (NOT an UScA member) living in the US you can enter your over 12 month old dog in the USA Sieger show.
- You register the over 12 month old dog with USA.
- You pay a $35 non USA member fee
- Dogs under 12 months NO USA registration required

On a co-owned dog ONLY one owner needs to be a USA member. You enter the dog in the USA members name.

Is the $35. non-member sur-charge for EACH dog entered or is it a one-time penalty? IOW- If a US resident, non-USA member wanted to enter 4 dogs, is it going to cost them $140. on top of the usual entry fees?

What if I don't belong to either of these 3 WUSV clubs? I only belong to the WDA--which USA insists is not a WUSV club--only the GSDCA is a WUSV member club? I was a GSDCA member for 29 consecutive years. I let this membership lapse for one of the same reasons I failed to renew my USA membership: the organation did not fulfill any of my personal needs/goals.
Damn it--I better damned well not get to Texas and be denied the right to compete with my dog due to some ridiculous technicality!! Does this mean that I have to join the GSDCA?

USA is not a legitimate breed registry. The only WUSV -recognized "breed registry" in the United States is the AKC.
