Just an update.... Rudy Peersman has made no effort to resolve this problem. The only thing he is doing is threatening me because of this post and the video.

I am receiving threats daily from him by email. He stated he would find me when I go to Europe next month. Now he is posting videos with my name in the headline hoping I will remove my video.

Birgit, it would actually be quite helpful of him if he 'finds you' when you're in Europe next month, as it will save YOU the trouble of finding HIM--alert law enforcement of where you'll be going that this asshat has made threats against you after defrauding you in this business transaction, and then let them have him when he 'finds you'.
