Alternately, you can try and think of it as a mathematical equation.  enlightened

You have hit the nail on the head! I have owned 2 dogs from CPI 10 years apart. The one I recently got - well, he was very sick and not trained as promised . It has been my experience that  once they have your money you will not get the services promised - not to mention how overpriced they seem to be. The owner is a liar and  a very good con man. I have photos and videos of the kennel and it's horrible - no wonder my dog was so sick. They refused to pay the vet bills as promisd - never even bothered to call to find out if the dog was OK. I must have sent John some 50 emails which he never responded. So, besides what you saw in the video that you didn't like - there is a whole lot more to dislike. NEVER PAY THIS GUY A DIME IN ADVANCE. By the way when he brought my dog he had deep open wounds under his chin from an e-collar (took weeks to heal) . I am very familiar with the use of e-collars and have used them for 12 years and I never left a hint of a wound on any dog. Thank you for your input.
