There have been occasional reports of changes in behavior and mental states.
Dogs and cats: Signs of neurotoxicity may occur in both dogs and cats at therapeutic levels. These signs usually will resolve within a few days of discontinuing the metoclopramide. Diphenhydramine may help reduce movement disorders, such as twisting movements of the face, neck, trunk or limbs, as well as CNS depression, nervousness,

across it being prescribed to animals, although my knowledge about veterinary drugs isn't all-encompassing !
Can see why it could be prescribed for dogs as an anti-emetic.
It seems to be quite a sensitive drug that interacts with several others, although sometimes the intereaction
is to increase the effects, and sometimes to decrease them. There is a potential problem in humans, much
as you described: spasms of the head and neck particularly, but this seems more or less confined to the
young, not very serious, and pretty rare. So overall, like you said, not really major worries.
How is Rose now, has she thrown up this morning ?
(My boy just chucked his whole breakfast today - but I'm pretty sure that is down to my having wormed him
yesterday ...

Sorry for answering late...you can get fresh dandilions at the salad bar in your grocery store, if you are lucky. Otherwise, you can get dried dandilions from an herbal/natural store and boil them up like tea, let cool down and water the food with it.
Bile can be yellowish/brownish/greenish, that's normal.
Instead of pepsid you could also use apple cider vinegar (one table spoon in the morning, not more), but dogs usually hate it.
No, worms would also show in stool and with itchiness.
Does your dog chew on anything (toy, carpet etc)?
