There are none so blind as those that will not see.
Any word on when those lab reports will be in or when the PI will be finished his "investigation"?

Dobermannman,
WHY DO YOU FREAKIN' CARE SO DAMN MUCH ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE WORLD BOARDS YOUR TRAIN AT THE STATION?
YOU'RE PRACTICALLY ACTING LIKE A STALKER AT THIS POINT...IT TRULY DOES MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU'VE GOT SOME VESTED INTERESTS IN THE SITUATION.
The necropsy will be completed when when the pathologist has finished collecting information from the specimens obtained from the dog's body. If you don't like the pace the pathologist is working at, then I suggest you not make use of their services should you ever need to have this type of work done. If you need to know *specifically* why the reports aren't complete, Google "veterinary forensics", and become informed as to what's involved in a complete forensic necropsy.

GIANT RED LETTERS and a "stalker" accusation.
Maybe that will distract people from the obvious truth and swallow the stolen murdered dog story.
The truth will set you Free Hex(e)

What is the agenda?????????????????????????????? I would love to know your motivation for these posts. Seems a little strange to me given your location.

Colorado? C'mom Gsd. Haven't you seen how those kids in South Park act? I guess I don't get a messageboard if everyone has to think and believe the same way. I read the police and vet report. I gotta say, I'm a lot closer to Thomas than the conspiracy theories.

by GSD Admin on 09 December 2011 - 05:12
Chaz,
I am curious, it just seems more than debunking a conspiracy or having a different opinion. Have they competed against each other? Are they in competing organizations or clubs?

Thomas you keep putting your own spin on what you call facts according to the official report. The official report states the PRELIMINARY necropsy was INCOMPLETE. The other vet who looked at the dog's body stated at least some of the injuries were POST MORTEM. The truck driver stated he hit A DOG 1/4 MILE AWAY. Not "in front of the Govedniks house" as your spinning tales for drama state. How about your statement that Al "saw someone putting the dog into the white van" - where in the report was that statement Thomas? What about the MANY people who searched the area for 13 days Thomas? One of them apparently posted here, and yet you still don't get it that there are questions that are not answered, facts that don't add up? How did the dead dog get from 1/4 mile away to directly in front of the house? Why was his body discovered in a place previously searched, on the morning of training, by people who had searched there before (and noticed the body immediately on turning into the driveway there)
Why are you so obsessed with this Thomas? I think you just like the attention you get from people arguing and disputing your "opinions".

I think the conspiracy theories are running rampert on both sides of the coin Chaz. Thomas did imply or suggest that Hex'es death was being manipulated to divert attention from the lawsuits with the club.
The email to the police suggested that one of the family's friends might of put Hex's body in a freezer and I *think* may of given suggested names that
were blacked out.
I don't know what happened to Hex, but I do think that there are some unawnswered questions and if the family wants to investigate them I do not for the life of me understand why anyone would want to discredit the investigation or demand answers before they are ready to be released. I would imagine between one thing and another there is quite a bit of imput from attorneys on what to say and when to say it.
It seems to me that Thomas is just attempting to goad the family into closing the investigation before they are ready to.
The above is just my opinions. I have no inside track to any information.

Molly,
Read the police report and necropsy and listen to what Al said during the several TV interviews he gave.
(EVERYBODY pliease do the same)
The necropsy is incomplete pending the lab results. Toxicology and histology wouldn't change the cause of death unless you guys are going to claim he was poisoned and then thrown in front of a truck?
The Vet emphaticly states in the police report that Al "misspoke" in his TV interview and that the iinjuries were
NOT Post mortem READ THE REPORT
The truck driver was vague about the time and the EXACT location. It was early on a foggy morning. The truck driver probably had no idea of where the Govednik house was until the Missing dog report was on TV.
You're assuming the dog was hit 1/4 mile away and not 1/8 mile away or right in front of the house. I doubt if the truck driver was out there with a tape measurer.
I don't recall the EXACT words Al used. Whether he said I saw them put the dog into a van or there was a van parked in front of my house. The intented implication was the white van was involved.
The claim has been the area was searched repeatedly BUT no one is willing to identify themselves and state that they personally searched in the exact location that the body was eventually found. Still no explanation of how the outline of the body was there. (It takes a while for enough fluids to leak out of a decomposting body to make an outline on the ground) According to the POLICE REPORT the body was found by people looking for cans not a club member.
Obsessed? You're the one that started a facebook page that included (until recently) the statement
"Stolen and returned Murdered" You're the one that made a lot of assumptiions before any facts were in.
I started challenging all the hystera AFTER the POLICE AND NECROPSY reports were posted.
You're the one that abused your moderator privs on the Grassroots list and had to be told TWICE to
take me off moderation by the list owner. You're the one that insisted "no more discussion about Hex" on the Grassroots list until all the reports are in BUT here YOU are on the PDB rehashing the same old rumors?

I'm starting to think a dog was hit, and the worst was assumed by others because of circumstances surrounding a conflict between some people. Then when it came to light there was a good possiblility was just hit by a car, other people came out assuming the worst about why it was said hex was stolen.
I see two sides taking advantage of some conflict and assuming the worst. I admit, I jumped the gun a bit too assuming he was stolen and murdered. I should know better than to jump to conclusions. I am waiting for the final results however.
I have a feeling it's going to turn out a dog was hit by a truck, an accident, and two groups of people assumed the worst in each other, and everyone else lined up to join sides.
