 I certainly was not taking anything out on anyone here.  Please don't mistake my comment as "taking anything out" on you or anyone else.  I was just addressing your comparision as I have done before.  No need to repost the same thing again and expect a different response.

I expected a response to those questions. No games. No side stepping, no nothing.
Straight up answers, to straight up questions.

I'm sorry , if I took your FIRST post wrong but I took it, as you trying to say (or lead others to believe) that the reason for his disappearance was because, of how he was so "truthful" and we were just too sensitive. I just didn't see a lot of facts in your post. So it seemed more like another dig at the mods.

That is where the 'taking it out on us' comment was directed to. Your 1st post not the comparison. And the reason that comparison was made was because we both expect people to follow the rules.  Nobody was comparing anything to what an officer does.

When it's just the facts, it's pretty simple. The choices are really still in his court! And he has many choices to choose from.  And you never know... he could already be on here!

Having knowledge doesn't give him the right to be different people on here, to the members. He should be proud of his knowledge and be proud to share it under 1 name. And if having knowledge does give him special 'rights' then where's the line?

Nope, I do not have any ideas that you can take back to the mod board.  To be clear, Phil may check in and read topics, check PM's but he doesn't post and that is the issue.  He was one of the few and rare posters that used his real name, unlike the mods and many others.  Everyone knew that he was "Duderino," it's not like he was posting as two different people to support or promote himself.  No big surprise there, everything comes to light in time.

If you are missing someone, worried and/or truly wondering what is going on with them, the easiest thing to do (IMO) would be to send them a PM! Let them know you care :) and that you are personally thinking about them and miss them!!! Now how nice would that be? :)

Jim, Sorry to hear about your friend. Christmas should be a time of carring and sharing, not looseing loved ones and close friends. I have lost serveral friends in the line of duty that were in Law Enforcement.

I thought Phil repeatedly denied being Duderino. When I had called him out and used his name, I got some PMs asking me if I knew for sure or was just guessing. I seem to remember him flat out saying he wasn't Phil. I have spoken to him way too many times in person to believe him when he denied it, but still...for the record, it's only fair that it be said he did try to have different user IDs. He was Phil when he wanted to be helpful and Duderino when he wanted to be mean. 

Knowing just a little about Phil, I am sure he's beyond flattered and excited to be garnering this much attention, lol. He's a character, for sure. 

Both of them are doing just fine!
