Mystere; I think that X was really a member of Club A -despite what you say..... He just didnt acknowledge it nor did he train with Club A on regular training days...I think he decided that Club A should go with WDA from USA.. He got pissed off at Club A cause they decide that being a WDA club wasn't in the best interest for Club A I think he then stole the clubs lights that were donated - by X - and then decided to smear club A's name all over the country with all the other clubs........ He then decided to make Club C... He really didn't want to go to Club B..........there was those that really thought he cared about Club B and C......
The only reason that X wanted to make club C was that he was told that if he wanted to go to the World that he needed Friends and a Club to support him............... once he went - where is X? and where was club C?
Club A really decided not to issue the letter - because - they really know the story..........unlike any other clubs.........Best that X went his way - he is a bad seed and best left alone...................good he is gone...there is no club C - he didnt join B and A is glad he is Gone........
.......It takes a while to realize personality flaws...but Life is good without X..............

Aaron, glad you "got"it. :-) One thing, though: Club B has been told multiple times in emails that the correspondence will not be provided. So, unless some idiot thinks it is all a figment of multiple imaginations, it is not necessary to state "it exists." :-)
The non-believers could always ask X for copies of the correspondence. Does X deny its existence? I mean, X did send it to various officers of DVG & USCA, among others. Hell, even the trial judge responded to correct a misrepresentation/mischaracterization. (Note to newbies : That is not a good thing. Judges talk. They're like teachers ) :-)

Interesting. If he shows up I will ask him to present it. :)

I think we have ample confirmation at this point, that only the dimmest of members could deny the truth of the statements that have been made about Person X.
I'm looking foward to supporting upcoming trials within the region along with jaggirl, and hopefully we'll all have the opportunity to shake hands in person.

What exactly did Mr. X do that he is not allowed to train his dog at your club? Sounds to me you guys might want to take a look at the problem in a different way. Your first concern should be the dog and getting it trained for its own well being and screw Mr. X. Most people that spend their time training dogs aren’t very people friendly anyway so that’s not so unusual. But I have found that if you just ignore the inappropriate manners of some and concentrate on just their dogs, they end up coming around eventually in getting with the program. And if they don’t, so what, at least Mr. X’s dog is getting some good schooling and the other dog’s in your club is benefitting from the presence of Mr. X’s dog. It’s not the dog’s fault Mr. X is an asshole. jmo

The problem is, Mr. X has a very long history that indicates that he will not permit anyone to help his dog.
Instead, he will go out of his way to overrule the well-intended advice of anyone who not only tries to help him with his dog, but who tries to help other dogs in a club.
He makes training impossible with his behavior. So, when faced with having to make his dog suffer through denying him membership, or making ALL the dogs in a club suffer because he impedes training... well... utilitarianism is the order of the day.

Let me make this clear: in this scenario X is not and never was a member of Club A. He was merely a person first caught using a field with a LOCKED gate without permission of the club paying a few thousand to lease it. Then, engaged in conduct involving a itch in season that arguably was unsportsmanlike conduct during a trial. In the scenario, X was told that X was not welcome to visit Club A, nor enter any of Club A's events.
Bottom-line, obnoxious, self-absorbed folks who do nothing but create problems, strife, and high blood pressure, in a compressed period of time are not endearing. They may be common, but some people, and clubs,do not suffer fools lightly,if at all.

It sounds like in X's case he was very lucky that he wasn't just shot on site--and they say that trainers over charge for titling dogs. My next dog will be a newf we are just going to cuddle on the sofa watch movies and drool together. I am so looking forward to it

I cannot deny that I considered shooting. But,there were too many witnesses, and this is not Texas. In Texas, the fact that someone needed killing is a legitimate defense. LOL
