Sounds like you have it covered.  Best of luck. :)

I didn't think anything serious was the cause of this.
Non-breeding bitches can get out of sync and have mood swings, even false heat, false pregnancy, I have a bitch who has made milk during the heat cycle of another bitch.
One bitch will hump the other and the other seems to invite it, actually they both seem to enjoy it.
Relieves stress is my best guess.
I wouldn't punish her for it.

If you don't see blood and your male doesn't seem too interested she may not be having normal heat cycles.

LoL.. She has parental lock on her T.V.. No Miley for her.. Besides, I think my dog even has better sense then Miley, she only humps in the privacy of her own home, not in front of a televised audience!!

Your right at the 2 month mark.... maybe she had a false pregnancy.

Could be a dominance thing.... sounds like you are dealing with it.

i was thinking it could be a false pregnancy , but what if she had a split cycle that would mean she may be coming back into a heat, soon.

Jyl & Trixx reminded me that I have seen some similar behaviour
in a bitch undergoing a false pregnancy - all but the humping bit.
Bitch got very clingy to owner, very restless.  Forgot all about that
in my first reply.  Have heard several other similar accounts over the
years.  Worth thinking about as a possibility, if every other avenue
you check turns out to be okay ?
