If you are able to send picts through Pm, I could try to post them for you. But really it is easy to do.
Click the image icon, (mountain and moon next to the flash icon.)
Click Upload
Click Choose File (from your computer)
Click Send to Server
When the image appears in the box, resize the height to something around 400.
And done!
