Alexander, I think your dog looks very attractive, nice pigmentation, good coat.  However I'd like to see a photo of him set up differently  standing well above his pads, a little more stretched on a bare surface where we could see his feet and pasterns. I like his pedigree a lot, very nice.

Next time try the "conformation forum" to talk about your SL.

Von Ward, was that really necessary? How do you think that made Alexander feel?

Beautiful boy! I'm not very fond of Showlines, mostly because of the arched back, but he has really good lines, great pigmentation, and a beautiful head. I'm with Blitzen though, maybe try more of a streched pose?

And as for the Vom Ward thing, what does it matter if he carries a glock? I carry a .38, doesn't make me any worse of a person or handler.

Macrowe1, thanks for a very objective critique of a SL from a WL person. This is the way we learn from one another. Kudos to you (and I never mess with anyone who packs a piece wink).

I just thought it an odd thing to advertise along with German Shepherd dogs and puppies for sale. Never seen it before, LOL  It rather gave me the impression these folks are used to trouble. But that's me, I guess, because I don't think I've actually ever held a gun in my life!

I do not see the problem either:

I carry a COLT PYTHON  357 Magnum Chrome plated...with hollow point loaded ...
and a .38 special  with same load as they both use same amo...for my protection...

Since I cannot see the pictures , will take Blitzens word for the boy,  as I am also a working line lady with one showline boy on board.

Looking at his pedigree he has some good working showlines in him, and they are in my pedigrees of my West German foundation and the one showline I own..Promising for sure...
I can see no pictures here except if posted in the message box so when you restack him , please post it as a picture in the message box...for those of us on dial up.

Also a Workingline Momma here, but yes, that pigmentation on your boy is beautiful, a great well defined stop, deep chest and a beautiful expression. He is a little more angulated (topline) than I prefer, but he is a beautiful showline, that even I would be proud to own.

I do agree with the others, it is hard to judge on his feet, hocks, pasterns when they are buried in grass. Is there any concrete or another flat surface you could stack him on for us please?

Again, gorgeous boy!
