What did you deworm her with? What type of worms were they? You may need to deworm her two weeks from today, or......some on here use safeguard and deworm a certain amount of days in a row to treat for parasites. Someone else can come along and tell you what to do regarding that though. The parasites could definitely be the reason why she may be skinny. It's hard to tell by the picture you posted if she is "too" skinny or not though.

She's beautiful, where did you get her?
Hope she is well. Sick puppies are just the worst to have at a vet clinic :( It's so sad.

Do you have a fenced yard? Do you pick up her poop when she goes? If you do, you may be the missing the tell-tale signs of a tapeworm. They get them from fleas, when they swallow them. Even a dog that is treated with flea preventative can get some fleas and this year, there seemed to be an epidemic of the treatments not working.
Anyway, they're not contageous, unless you're in the habit of eating fleas, LOL, so no need to worry about getting them from her. When she poops, wait a couple of minutes and if she's shedding tapes, they'll wriggle out of the poo and they look like grains of rice, but moving. She'll need to see a vet and it's a one time oral med.
The wormers you used would not work on a tapeworm.
Good luck and let us know! She's cute.

I somehow missed the post above about tapeworm, so you already thought of it, sorry. But it's still a good possibility :)

GSDtravels, I have a question. Are tapeworms easy to detect in a fecal? I know things like giardia can be hard to detect in just one fecal.......What about tapeworm?

I know you can only see them when they're shedding, but I'm not sure if they shed microscopically all the time. I'm just one who's had personal experience with them, so I know what to look for.
