Until this glitch gets fixed, a work-around is to refresh the page until it is normal. This may take 4-5 times to get though the multiple phases of this ad, but it works and you don't lose track of where you were.

It seems to have gone into this mode where it has several pages or layers.
It asks stuff like is your cat sassy or lazy or stupid or stinky or poopy or ????
Then it has a phase where you can upload videos.
Sometimes it only has one phase.

Yes, it is the cat litter ad and has happened before. It is very irritating and frustrating.
