Thanks for all the answers, only just now getting to them because we were at the ER vet for most of the night - I chose not to wait.....
Her temp was 100.8
Weight is 110 lbs! She's got 25 lbs of puppy (and puppy stuff) so far!
Heat rate slightly fast, but not unusually for a preggers.
Lungs are clear, blood O2 good.
Her blood ranges are all pretty good except very low iron and a slightly raised wbc.
Blood sugar is within range.
She hacked up a huge snot ball while at the vet - - - sinus infection !
Vet complemented me on knowing my dog, paying attention to her condition and bringing her in early - before a true emergency, he's seen so many horrors. Waiting until Monday could have put her in danger. Everything was at such a beginning stage that he's confident that she'll be ready when its time to deliver.
We came home with iron pills, safe antibiotic and a safe diuretic.
Stayed up for hours letting her out to pee every few minutes - and pee she did!
She ate half a brisket last night and when I finally fell asleep she seemed much better already.
This morning she ate more and is following me all over the house with a ball in her mouth.
Her legs are much better and her attitude is back to her bubbly, happy self.
All results have already been faxed to my regular vet's office and as long as she keeps improving, I'll be there first thing Monday morning just to make sure.

Very good news - thank you Jenni
She is happy and bubbly once again, her legs are back to normal and she isn't drinking near as much water......This afternoon she even wanted to play fetch for a bit.......and then she started looking or a den....in a matter of 15 minutes she dug a HUGE hole in the yard.......LOL...
I'm glad I didn't wait..........
BTW - her temp this evening was 99.8....... we're on stand-by......

Who, me? LOL
Yeah, me too. Those are not good symptoms; if that happened to my dog, based on my own experience as a human w/those symptoms, I'd be scared to death. Keeping fingers crossed until we hear she delivered and all are fine.

I'll say in advance - sorry for the poor quality...... I can't find my camera and these were taken using my cellphone.
The swelling is gone, her temp is good and today she is eating -
3 - 12 oz cans of puppy food and 5 cups TOTW so far, and she's already snooping around for more.
