My sister's lab had one, they couldn't clear it up, so the vet lanced it, had to stitch it up:(

Here is an updated picture from tonight. It looks much better. Almost completly gone and is dried out compared to day 1.

Just wanted to add that it can also be allergy related as one of my boys has experianced the same.Good luck and I hope your little one feels better soon.Domenic
