Well, hate certainly had to figure into it.  Not sure what set the sicko off but I can't help but wonder how safe any dog in that area can be?  It's bad enought someone killed a loyal companion like Hex but the "overkill" involved is down right scary.  Anyone who could do something like that is a danger to society, not just dogs.  Sorry I missed the rant that was removed.  Sounds like someone out there has an axe to grind with Al.  Obviously some kind of coward to "get even" with him in such a deviant way.  If anyone saved that rant, PM it to me.  I want to be sure to avoid that person in the future.

I am told prison is more of a hell than usual for someone who abuses animals, just like child molesters. A LOT of prisoners value animal life more than human life...

That is what I said in my post.  They have to be caught!!!

I have faith that sooner or later the sick f*ck that did this will be caught.  And I agree with k9nme and I will do what I can to make sure his crime follows him where ever he roams.  That is...if there is enough of him left to roam after he is found out. 

I'd like to know if Oli and/or the moderators have released any info on "Ben" so that the police can check him out.  As too often happens, when a sick f*ck like this tortures an animal, his next prey may be a child.  I would think posting a rant like he did would negate any legal issues as far as notifying the law.  I would think Oli would be obligated to share the post.  

I sure wouldn't want this lunatic to be protected by me only to find out he was responsible and then discover that he has moved on to "greener pastures" and continues his sick practices when I had the power to at least point a finger his way.

I have been busy with personal things, but just wanted to thank everyone for saying the things I feel about the lower than low life person who has done this despicable act.  I would look very hard and very close at the person that posted the deleted comments, especially if they are in the sport and live close to Al.  Very closely.  This was the act of someone that knew Al, knew the dog, knew what this would do to Al and Marcia and knew where the training field was. 

Every single time I read about this, think about this, I am literally sick in the pit of my stomach and I have rageful tears.  I cannot imagine the hell that the Govednicks are going through.  Nothing, NOTHING that comes to the coward that did this will be enough punishment.  All of us would gladly give you that punishment ourselves.
