Description
Hi, My name is Jennifer Jessurun, owner of JD's Xtreme Pit Kennel.
My point of view will be my guide in how JDK will keep, breed and sell future dogs. Not only will the foundation dogs be selected on behavior, peds and breeders, also future buyers have to PROVE to be a good owner of such powerfull, but gentle dogs. Because a good character only is not enough to have a future with as few as possible troubles. Also the owner must realize that this beautiful pup will grow out to be around 100lbs or more and might get in situations that cannot be handled with a snap of the fingers. That is why JDK will select their future buyers, starting with the puppy contract. In this contract is stated that every buyer living in the Netherlands is OBLIGATED to train their pup and follow classes until they have passed the VZH* exam. JDK will provide those classes for FREE, with a professional dog trainer, only the tests need to bee paid to get the diploma. That means that the buyer will not only buy a puppy, but also accompaniment until the VZH-diploma. This diploma is very valuable, and opens many doors to other trainings (like wardog) IF desired. The reason to have these terms, is to make sure that the pups won’t get in the wrong hands, for the wrong reasons. It also teaches the new owners how to handle IF they ever get in situations that requires extra knowledgement/skills. This way both dog and owner will be confident. Every single dog that is in JDK will have at least the VZH* diploma. Without this diploma, JDK will NOT breed with the male/female.
