Sorry for all the reading, but it's there about not selling dogs that the breeder has not meet in person and not selling dogs by pictures.

I haven't read any of your links yet, but it was my understanding from reading previously that you only fall under the federal rule of not selling dogs "sight unseen" or without the buying viewing the dog in person if you have more than four breeding aged bitches AND are selling online without the person viewing the dogs firsthand.

Anybody can get past that by not owning more than four bitches at a time that are over six months or past their first heat, which is when they're considered breeding aged. Also, the government only wants you to get the license if you have more than four bitches AND sell online. (If all of the puppies are sold/seen in person before the sell and you have more than four bitches, no license is required.)

I also remember reading something about if the dog was not born "on your premises" and you try to sell them online without the buyer viewing the dog first, you will fall under the federal rule and need to get a license. I think this would apply to brokers, which I believe von wyzal to be.

I finally got to read your links. The aphis link is only a fraction of information.

Also, in the entire publication, it says that if a person is selling puppies for things that are protected, they don't fall under this rule. A few protected reasons for selling puppies are for the purposes of working, breeding, hunting, or preserving a bloodline. I can't recall if "showing" was protected. I'll try finding the whole publication and sending it here.

I couldn't find the actual publication I read from, so I will keep looking.

However, this factsheet has some more information.

Yes, von wyzal, Anthony is a broker and says he is a breeder it's on his web page. I only had 3 pictures of her, that was on his face book. The dog belongs to someone else, he was selling her for them. I have talked to the breeder of this dog and talked to the person that Antony got her from. So he could sell her for that person. Von wyzal at that time he was selling the dogs under that name on face book. He is no longer on face book under that name, now it's Antony Seng he has me blocked and he is also on face book under von wyzal pet services. I thank you for taking your time to read about this, open to everything....
