Many low blows.   Very weird and borderline crazy....  The breeders comments make much more sense to me than the parties involved.   Unfortunate event and it seems like the breeder,is very passionate about her business and fighting for the truth....,My opinion has been wrong many times though.  Only my opinion.  

Yup, passionate. Falsifying ducuments. Not converting bitches from CMKU to AKC. Not registering litters. All very passionate actions.

Perhaps you could explain the falsified documents sent to the BBB and the fact the litters aren't registered since the breeder fails to.

Set aside the limited/full argument for a moment. The litters still aren't registered. Been 2 years and 1 month plus and counting for me now.

I was going to post pictures of the kennels taken on 8/2/14 but I think there's been enough mudslinging.

This has gone far beyond its original intent, which was to find others that may have purchased a pup. In a way, I agree with Western Rider. Embarrassing, and not the candor either side should have as grown adults. As the OP, I asked admin to permanently lock this thread for that very reason but that request went unanswered and unfulfilled. So be it. I will refrain from commenting further in an effort to avoid the crap storm it has become. Before anyone says it, I had to refute the passionate claim. Perhaps she was at one point. In fact, I really don't doubt that much. Not so sure now.

One thng I would like to make right is there was some disagreement as to what the extra $100 was for. I thought, from memory, it was for holding him a couple weeks. Julie claimed it was for the airline crate and health cert and asked I look back to verify. I did that and she is 100% correct. My apologies.

Rather pathetic 'all' the little neglects of the dogs that get overlooked, under the 'guises' of friendships and dog sales.

   Soon as things go south, everyone screamin how deplorable the conditions were the dogs were kept in.

WHY IN THE HECK IS THAT OK, AS LONG AS YOU ARE GETTING THE DOG YOU WANT???

No matter who on this forum you believe. Julie bernet has already proved herself as a felon in a court of law, which she hid from and used an alias name under which to sell dogs. She has multiple civil suits pending against her at this time pending in Johnson County kansas. You are free to go seek the information yourself. The home where her so called kennel is is in shambles, dog are running a muck and one,recently from what I understand run over. Slam the persons who unknowingly bought from Julie Bernet a lessons truly learned. And don't kid yourself, every person reading this has made a stupid mistake. Ridicule persons who worked for her for a short period of time; but do you really know what went on there. When the time comes our end results will be posted. If in the mean time, you befriend Julie Leoni Bernet or buy a dog from her make sure you can get your dog registered.

You are such a joke.  The pending civil suites against me are against the FORECLOSURE on my deceased friend's home.  We decided collectively as the beneficiary and the TRUST of his estate to NOT to put tens of thousands of dollars into the home to get it market ready. So, what does that have to do with anything??  What does the broken down vinyle fence on my "horse property" (NOTICE That Cindy did NOT take any pictures of my perfectly fenced in YARD )   What does the burn pile have to do with anything??  I lived at MY LAKE House with my dogs for over a month while my mother was dying of cancer.  Yes, the grass got tall the dogs and I were gone, and yes the storms blew down the roof top of of one of my pens that are barely used.  What does that have to do with anything?  How are people jumping to the conclusions based on pictures taken over a long period of time have to do with the condition of my dogs??  I OWN TWO PROPERTIES!

 My dogs are well cared for, and after I called the police yesterday to investigate this perpetual stalking by Cheryl Goede and Cindy Earnshaw had him INVESTIGATE EVERY single one of my dogs.  He was quite pleased with the conditions of my dogs and it is NOW documented in a police report dated yesterday.  We had a good laugh over the fact that Cindy is stupid enough to report when she thinks I am at and NOT at my house.  LOL

 

Cheryl KNOWS that most of my  dogs sleep in crates at night INSIDE my house.  ONLY 3 to 4 Pens are ever occupied, hence the dogs running free in their OWN 2 acre FENCED in yard with mesh wiring going up the bottom 2 feet.  The reason that animal control won't do anything is because there is NOTHING that needs to be done.  The "roof" that had collapsed on the pen is NO longer even on that pen.   Does anyone else find it creepy that Cheryl is sending someone who was deemed mentally unstable (incompetent) to work as an animal control officer for the Overland Park police department several years ago.  I have enough suicide letters when Cindy wasn't  getting "enough emotional coddeling" from me to fill a landfill.  I have turned over all evidence necessary to show JUST how creepy she is.  She is talking to my next door neighbor and asking when I am coming and going from my own home??  REALLY??  Wow!!! 

Let's just skip right over the fact that Cheryl lives in a double wide trailer OR a 800 SQ foot house with too many dogs to count. I know that when she lived in my friend's house, she kept them in tiny crates in a storage room for hours at a time.  We have seen how she treats her own children with her own words.  Her 4 year old daughter is a "pain in the ass most of the time" who gets daily MODERATE TO SEVERE spankings.  WOW.  So, when are we more concerned with a fence broken down in a pasture, a burn pile, and overgrown unused pens??  

 

Cindy Earnshaw has been stalking me for WELL OVER a year.  I filed a Police report against her over a year ago for showing up at my house in the middle of the night putting one of my dogs in her car.  That police report coupled with the fact that she has been stalking my house and taking pictures has NOW helped me tremendously.

 

You mentioned my conviction.  I was up front and HONEST with everyone, including Cheryl, Kevin, and Cindy about what happened to me over 6 years ago.  I was the victim of a sexual harassment case in which the lives of 5 women were repeatedly threatened.  We made a very desperate decision during a very stressful time.  One in which we paid for. In the United States of America, once you have paid for that, are you supposed to pay for it for the rest of your life??

 

How about Kevin Goede, Cheryl's husband was kicked off of the police force for "covering up the death of a homeless man"?  He was "lucky" to have NOT been convicted of a felony according to his wife Cheryl. He NEVER did pay for that crime and that involved the DEATH of a man. His cop partner served around 10 years in prison.  Shouldn't he be the one you should be perscuting?  He NEVER was punished for a SERIOUS crime??  Since you have partnered up and deemed them such great people, what does that say about you Stacy??  Cheryl and Kevin were the ones in my front yard that told you how great my dogs were!!  

I announced when I changed my name to Leoni in honor of my Birth Grandmother the day that she died.  I have NEVER hid anything from anyone.  Again, get your facts straight.

The bottom line Stacy, is we WILL see at the end how this plays out, and I am pretty sure that you guys have come across as TOTAL asses throughout this entire process.  What reputable breeder would sell ANY of you a puppy/dog??
