OGBS - I would suggest you start a thread with
a title of bubble(s). It'll be your playing ground as
I am sure other miniscule detractors will follow.
Than I will post my above reply. And I'll even
give you a thumbs up. Good Day.

What type of training does that remind you of?

In USA, we have Dylan pd Tourbiere & Nero vd Annahenhof. I would
not mind at all if I can get progeny from any of these studs. I'll
tell you these KNPV's are the top of the pinnacle. How can you
disagree? Even if you tried, you'd be wallowing in mud after your
fallacious argument.

within the knpv gsd breeder 'group' some very strong lines have been developed which may not be quite that obvious to casual observer looking at bloodlines only. for example, take sirk vh sevens. imo, he's the embodiment and then some of harro adL without any major line/inbreeding to the 5th generation. that in itself is a feat, especially if you like harro. now, look at sirk's son athos vH sevens coming into luebeck vd maheler-meister. there is nearly unparalleled preservation of phenotype with essentially no line-breeding to the 5th. while the genotype matters, the preservation and development of the phenotype over many generations without bottlenecking is crucial. also, look at what jan vd tak has done with the pike vdS line. imo, it's quite impressive. and while not all knpv bred pups are going to be superstars, or even stars, the variance from the desired phenotype in these litters doesn't seem all that much.
of course, there are plenty of non-knpv breeders who do a kick ass job but they are not as easily identified and 'grouped' and neither are their representative (adult) dogs as ipo requires quite a bit of 're-shaping.' of course, not all of their pairings and litters are geared toward the continued development of their core 'line', i.e. phenotype, as ipo requires a different balance, if you want to point. and eventually, many ipo handlers get a bit sick and tired of the hard and tough 238 dog, despite the many backslaps from friends and family lauding the dog's hardness, aggression, and undying fight ... all the way past the third 'out.'

leaving out the outliers (stat term) that become famous w/out
KNPV parentage, in terms of: hardness, sharpness, courage
and phenotype. I appreciate it.

Caro done persuaded me on his achievements on the field and the given inherent,
genetic potential he has. I will tell you - I have high hopes for this female.
