Sorry to say Eagle fans... but I for one hope that they lose every game they play as long as he is on the roster. I agree with slamdunc, I think his sentence and punishment was way to light.

Again it shows how out of proportion our value system is Teachers,Cops,Soliders (to name just a few) scrape, borrow and beg to get by on salieries and the likes of Vick get a 2nd chances at the golden parachute.
I,d love to stripe him naked at the goal post and tell him "if you can make it to the other goal post your okay to play I,d give him a 10 yard lead and then let loose some well trained dogs on his ass.

This could be a good opportunity to get the word out that while Vick's actions were reprehensible, so are a lot of the actions of HSUS, PSPCA, Peter Singer, PETA, etc.
Golden opportunity awaits in Philly. The cameras will be rolling.

A group of students of the North Carolina School of the Arts took on an project to show "dog fighting" from a different perspective. My girl Tonga was part of the photo shoot. I am proud of her as the setting was a pedestrian tunnel closest off by huge black tarps. Together with being surrouned by a professional photo shoot setup (cables, e-boxes, light stands, ladders) and having to patiently sit close to other dogs, while being adjusted for exact positioning, this required nerves of steel.
This photo is a pre-end result of the shoot. Humans and dogs had been shot seperately, so yes, its photoshop. The final version is on display in an art gallery downtown Winston-Salem. The photo is to benefit Pit Dog Rescue.

If he had gotten away with it and not done jail time, I'd agree with you, Micky D, and would be against him being hired.
But he did get caught, he was convicted and sentenced to prison. "Light" sentence or not, that's what the law did and so I accept it. Because he served his time, he gets to come out and try to go on. That's the point of prison.
He was in prison for almost 2 years. Those of you against him getting a job, do you think that's the way is should be for cons? Once you make a mistake and go to jail, it's over, baby? Yeah, we'll talk about how you shouldn't come out and go back to your old ways, but we're going to make sure that you have no alternative but to do just that: we'll see that you don't hold a job anywhere, and we'll persecute any who hire you. Nah, I can't go that route.
Edited to add: Great picture, Elkoorr.

Has anyone heard him apologize for what he did to the dogs? I wonder if Whoopie Goldberg will be in the front row cheering him on?
I still say those people who fight dogs should be rounded up, put into a special prison where they are stripped naked and made to fight. Losers and cowards treated the same way the dogs are. People could bet on the outcomes and I wonder how soon the prison would be making a profit????? (You know there are those individuals that would pay big bucks to see that).
