I would like to see who ya'll use for "DM" Testing and why? Are there some that are more expensive...easier to use...etc?

I've used Embark and GenSol(if you just want the DM test).

Hi!
I know a lot of people, myself included, that use DDC (DNA Diagnostic Center) and have nothing bad to say. It is super simple, you can either wait for them to send you a kit/swab and swab the inside of their cheeks or they have a DIY collection option if you don't want to wait for their swabs. I got my results back about a week after sending the swabs in.

They have a couple of different options depending on the tests you want and depending on the breed. What I like about this is you can just get a DM test, just colors, etc. or you could do the full testing. The DM test is about $58. We get the German Shepherd Panel which is about $128 and includes DM, MDR1, Hair/Coat Length, and Coat Colors.

Generally go for Embark these days, but GenSol is probably easiest/cheapest for just a single test. However, you can also order the DM test directly through OFA, which shortens the turn around time.
