white toes are not unusual and in my experience, they always disappear - turn tan - even white nails turn dark. I have had 2 pups each with one foot completely white - a bit of a shock to see on an otherwise dark puppy! But, both puppies' white feet turned tan, and unless you wash the feet and stare very hard, you could not today tell which one was only a touch lighter. Toenails also turned dark. Chest-marks when very small usually disappear, larger ones get "mostly" hidden by adult undercoat covering it. So, no worries.
