anyone familiar with a Les Castro who trains in the DFW area? think he lives in Plano. you can pm me info if you like. a puppy buyer is looking to have him train a pup they got from me.

just askingm as there were several threads about a man here. NO name given by him, but he advertised in the DFW area and lived in Mesquite , plano..????
Remember the thread who had the pictures of TEXAS TRAINER WHO DIED A FEW MONTHS BACK AND A PIC OF SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLES DOGS.

Hello. I am the puppy buyer she is asking for. The trainer was recommended to me by our family Vet as someone who works specifically with training German Shepherds. My Vet has known him for 20+ years. Training is not his full time Job. He does not advertise as a trainer and I believe he only takes business that is reffered to him by friends and past customers. I also believe he primarily works one on one with customers.

I spoke with Les for about 30 minutes yesterday. He seemed very eager to help and you could tell he had a passion for GSD's. I am interested in basic obidience training and maybe some Schutzhund training in the obidience and tracking area. I do not have any interest in doing any type of bite work. I mostly just want a very well behaved GSD.
I am going into this very cautiously and would like to know what I should be looking for as warning signs.
