You say in your opening post that your bitch "is currently wrapping up family protection and she already had her obedience training" and you say she is part of the family so she sounds like a nice dog, even if her pedigree does not look particularly impressive, it is, after all, just a family tree.
If you get another dog with a "higher" pedigree, what do you expect to get from the new dog that you are not getting from this one?

Sorry, but you get rid of or dispose of garbage or items who have lost their usefulness. You should not even think about starting a kennel until you can value a dog as a living, breathing creature.
These are how more then half the posts on craigslist are worded.

You will get some satisfaction along the way, and you already have a relationship with her, go for it, you'll have to do the same with another dog you get.
Pedigrees don't always make the dog.
Unless you think you'll never be able to title her at anything, and she's off the wall crazy & hyper, then it would be an easy decision to rehome her.

Lilfrill, even though you have emotional attachment and may be bias because you are with her and clearly lover her. You would still be the best person to say how much she is worth. You know the intial investment and I guess have seen her parents or at least one since you have known her since a pup. And you should have a good idea of her potential as you have been training her. And you know how much time you put into the training and also should know her limits. This is very much like selling a used car. As the owner you should have an idea of value. Then look at similiar aged and sex of dogs actually for sell and compare it that way. Or compare it to the type you want to purchase and how much you are willing to spend for that dog. Good luck and be thick skinned if you are gonna post on a public forum. Especially this one when you talk about sensitive issues. Such as getting rid of a dog to purchase a new one. Some may form ideas about you true or not. But you open your self to that. Just take the good with the bad and dont get into pissin matches with someone that posts a reply you dont like. They can and will but they dont know you personally so unless they are correct dont take it personally.
