Puting out feelers for a client. Located near Austin, Minnesota. 2 year old intact female with AKC full registration. Her pedigree is a cross of west german working and east german working(about 40 percent), west german show (about 10 percent), and AKC show/pet lines (about 50 percent). She is very sweet and loving with her owner. She is social with other dogs. She has some food drive, but will ignore food in a new environment until she is comfortable. She is low prey/play drive, but possibly buildable. She doesn't show any fear of strange objects. She tested out stable for different sounds. She does well in the car. She has a slightly nervous personality, especially when idle and whines occasionally. She is leery and aloof to strangers. I have not observed it yet, but her owner says she is fearful of men, so a woman handler would be best. She would definitely benefit from some dedicated one on one training and structure. Her owner wants what is best for her and is willing to part with her for the right home. Her breeder was already contacted but refused to take her back with the excuse "I don't know who she has been with or what she has been through..."
