How much will it cost, approximately, to ship a GSD pup from Germany to the USA (KY)?

The last one I shipped was a bit over 900 euros, but that was for 2 pups in one crate. The quote for the single pup was around 700 euros. That was Frankfurt to O'hare. Now, that was 2 years ago...
I have tried getting Gradlyn to give me a quote but they just tell me the seller needs to call. :/ Ask the breeder to get the quote for you and also ask them to deliver the dog to the airport- otherwise you could get hit with a hefty transport fee if they pick the pup up from the breeder.
