Hi Lujain,
Thank you so much for sharing your drawings. I enjoyed seeing them and they tell me so much about you. My oldest son likes to draw, too, and he said he will share some pictures with you, but he is a careless boy and his sketch book is in his locker at school. He told me he will bring it home tomorrow so he can share his interest in drawing with you.
I also started drawing when I was about your age. I thought you might like this drawing called a monoprint, where I drew on glass with oil paint, and pressed a single paper to create a single one-of-a-kind print, or "monoprint". Then I used some oil pastels to draw on top of the print. This was a dog I had when I went to college. That was a while ago, you can tell your Daddy that.
Have fun with your drawing and learning to be creative, I do like them very much!

Hello and very nice to meet you! Thank you so very much for sharing your drawings. I also draw and have for a very many years. I will try to scan a couple small pieces to share with you. Please be patient as I trained today and it will take me a couple days to dig up small enough for my scanner from storage. I know you live in another country from mine and I am not sure what kinds of drawing books are available to you there, but they help. I am sure the same info can be found online perhaps. You have a very good start. I had hoped one of my children would have my love of art, but neither like to draw :( Just never give up as practice will always make you a wonderful artist.
This link is not the easiest beginning, but I am sending it to you since you are drawing eyes and thought you may like it. http://www.artinstructionblog.com/graphite-pencil-drawing-tutorial-female-eye-by-faith-te

Our school Miss teaches us drawing and I go to private drawing class in bus on Thursdays, very excellent artist, he is my uncle's friend. My uncle also teach fine arts in university and he is famous. Thanks GSD, thank you all,
Lujain is my only child, she's smart and outgoing. You were very nice to her and I thank you for that. She also loves dogs and I sometimes let her read with me some selected posts and to tell the truth she asks many questions that I either have no convincing answers for or don't know the answers myself, lol.

Dear Lujain,
Thank you for your compliment on my drawing.
I know how much young girls want to please their fathers. You are a very bright girl with many talents, I think! I would try to do well in all your subjects and it will be easier to decide a career with your head and your heart, when you are older. Certainly your Daddy knows that a Doctor is always needed and sure to make a good living. It is true that not every artist will be able to support themselves doing art. The important thing I think, is whatever you end up doing for a career, it is something that you love, too.
I found some other pen and ink drawings to share with you, from my long ago art classes. These came from my sketch book where we went to the horticulture gardens at the University, so we could draw in the moment, and be inspired by what we saw. I'm pretty sure one of the subject themes was to "fill up the space". You might have heard your teacher mention that idea to you?
Have a good night sleep, for now.

P.S. They are a bit yellowed in areas from being old, and in cheap mats for many years.
