Can anyone tell me if both WDA and USA allow you to do a breed survey for life if the first was done with GSSCC?

Yes, as Canada only use's SV judges, if your dog was born as of Jan 1 2004 you'll need elbow certification from the SV in order to do a breed survey even if it a life time.
I'm doing a breed survey this weekend in canada, in 2 years I'll do the life time with USA.
