I wasn't being insulting I was just stating what I thought the dog looked like. Just my opinion. I'm not knocking the american bred shepherd I just thought this photo of the dog looked like a fake dog. Melody, You bring up a good quetion why was the dog breed so young. And is she OFA'd.

Just for the record... I have had shepherds my entire life. I do breed my females. I am not violating any laws in this state or country. I own a 12 year old schutzhund 3, import. I own a 15 month old hungarian import, female. I own Thuggie, the dog in the photo. Her papers are excellent, as is her confirmation. I am breeding her yet again. Again to a titled import male. I think it wonderful that Thuggie's first born, first litter son, had an offer on him, at age of four months, of of a 2 yr titled mainois and a grand, which the handicapped owner refused. I have absolutely nothing to prove. I am not into pissing contests/catfights. To so rudely insult me, implying I am disreputable in any way borders on slander, an as you published it here, and it was viewed in Franklin County Ohio, I could easily sue you and collect on your homeowners/kennel insurance, which would certainy be cancelled. I am quite willing and able to locate you via your IP. Should I hear another word from your jealous, self righteous, pompous, sanctimonious self, I will litigate. I bet you are even madder to learn he GAVE AWAY FOR FREE a FH3 female import age 7 ! And my SCH3 was GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE! My goodness, do you not manage your own business affairs as you all please? I bet you are even more angry that I keep shepherds for the love of them not for the ego or money!

On the OFA thing... She had x rays of hip/elbow at the vet well before I bred her( age 1) and he said they were fine. He said that the certification is NEVER done before age 2 years and preferrably after 3 years. What is the deal, and why do I care? There is NO history of congenital defect. Further, though you in Europe apparently wait to breed until a titling is done, I bred mine on her third full heat. There is no law against it here.

Whoa, down Michelle, I think that we are all pretty tired of people signing on here to carry on "open" discussions on this board and then getting all kind of threats of legal action if something negative is said. This is suppose to be an "open" forum. When you come here of your own free will, of your own determined identity, meeting the prerequisite to be a member of this messageboard, whatever information is given here, is "given" for open discussion. If it doesn't go your way, or if people disagree, well, you are the one that initiated the conversation. To the best of my knowledge, unless you post/receive a private email, the general membership IP is the messageboard. You are entitled to your opinion and so are all the others that sign here. But no one has the right to "threaten" legal action to make their opinion more believable than any other member. I think that the biggest sign of ignorance is the "bluff" of legal action to try to convince people that what you say is more reputable. Laws are laws and opinions are just that, opinions.
