My theory on the deal which again is worth about two shits is that there does appear to have been a issue with the dog. Was it intentional I don't know and honestly none of us will except the breeder. Speaking of the breeder to my knowledge there has not been any other issues like this? Why just this one bad deal? The the OP -- you had your victory in court. I hate it had to go that way but you have to do what you have to do. BUT my qualm is that you wait till you get a default judgement then post this. The timing of it looks like some payback.. Possibly even retaliation.

So at the end of the day all this is doing now is smearing everyone involved. You already had the final word that carries a lot more power than all this.

I have to say, I agree pretty much with all of this

TH wanted this to go to trial!   Jenni never showed, the default Judgment is what is done. To attempt to clear her name before the court issue was settled would be suicide.

Well, I would be upset. As I think anyone would but she had her day in court. She won. I'm not taking sides but I don't want to know about anyones personal life that much over some dogs. I mean we have been full circle here from trash talking to insulting peoples familys to selling crack and hookers -- point proven? You think?

The point is that if a problem arises with a puppy from this breeder, instead of the breeder dealing with the problem, she launches a personal vendetta, receives a package from "someone" about the puppy owner.

Then she smears someone private life all over the internet, gets a check that never gets sent, received or whatever the story might be. Then she does not show up for court because she is too busy typing on this very forum while her attorney is explaining the judge that she can't leave work because she is being managed. (my understanding anyway). .

The integrity of this breeder, her practices when problems arise, the way she handles them speak more volume than someone's assumptions of private messages?
