The whole system is a scam. The laws have to change. Posting here does nothing unless our whole community holds boards responsible and makes pets have some value in the court of law.
You can post here and do nothing but complain, or you can petition your local legislators to change the system.

It's been 7 days since this thread has been active. And the last post was by myself.
And this is exactly why these bad vets get away with this crap. Simply because as indicated by the lack of comments on this thread, no one really cares enough to do anything about it.
It's astonishing to me that people who do so much with their dogs care so little.
