Oh my, that whoosh was the point going way over yr head.

It's prolly better that Mith gets a robotic toy babysitter for his dog than another "serious" dog...shrug.

Mith, u keep on about getting this 2nd dog; if it is just to play with Anna to keep her amused while you are absent / don't have the time & energy, or the interest in robotics indicates that, for you or her, the shine is going off Training, then it just confirms u should not have got a dog in the first place.
Also I strongly suspect the #2 in your household would not tolerate a 2nd dog being obtained anyway, in case it should divert even more of your attention from her !

Mithuna, it's not so much that people are anti-robot...the response you're getting is "anti-expensive-dog-toy-that's-not-likely-to-be-made-of-truly-indestructable-chewproof-materials". At best, most folks figure you'll get a week at most out of it before Anna has obliterated it; at worst, she'll not only do that, but she will end up with pieces of it lodged in her gut, and you could well lose her to a sharp piece migrating through the stomach wall and into the omentum.

Not something most of us would pay fifty cents for, let alone just a bit less than two hundred bucks.

If he get another dog he will have to train his wife and daughter to a crate . Sure sounds like he has programmed to robots already to put up with his dog. How will the dog get time for the robot with all the ball throwing.will u put a picture of your robot in an active position up for all to c ☺☺
