How can I add a grandmother(exists in DB) and grandfather (not in DB)? - Page 1

I've registered my dog (Krasa Valkirii) and was able to find father and mother.
However mother (Vohumana Zhalen) misses the link to its mother (EVRIKA BEAUTY FANTALSIYA) and Father (Laif(or Life) Spring Ursin Pav).

So I tried to add mother in pedigree section by clicking plus button and typing EVRIKA BEAUTY FANTALSIYA but with no luck. There is no list being loaded and when I put the whole name and click Connect or create parent - nothing happens. How do I fix this?

Another question is how to add the grandfather and his parents if there are no in the system and all I know is their names and local ids (Russian)?

svetik79  If a dog is not in the PDB you can add.  Check to make sure the dog is not already on the PDB by doing a Pedigree Search.  This will explain how to enter dogs on the PDB and if the dog is locked ask for Edit Rights to the dog.
