We had this thread locked but now we have unlocked it in the hope that more people will come forward and give us their personal experiences with the breeder. Thank you.

Admin edit. Members are permitted to post their own personal experiences with a breeder but since this is not your experience I have had to delete it. The person that had this happen wil have to post and not another member. We also can not allow " I heard " or  such like we need facts not 2nd hand comments. Thank you. mrdarcy (mod)

I too would heavily caution against this breeder. Had I known the absolute nightmare Jennifer Segal was to deal with - I never would have agreed to co-own a dog. I fully support Jill’s statements above, and know what she has been through.

This thread as well, resonates heavily with what I have experienced with this breeder:

Please do your full research on these two kennels and Jennifer Segal. Ask around, email current co-owners. If you are still considering purchasing a dog; do more research. The truth is out there.

FYI I had also purchased an adult female from Jen whom she had shipped from the US to us and the dog passed due to epilepsy complications. Seems to be a common theme with her lines. Jennifer never offered a replacement, she did apologize (a lot of good that did) I would expect better from her. Good Luck to you and sorry for your loss

Hi Vinny B. Who was your dog out of? Curious if it is one specific lineage. Thanks

by Natasha901216 on 07 February 2020 - 14:02

Hey Vinny B,

I’m also curious who your dog was/ who the parents were. My dog from MalinGer, Neptune, was euthanized at 18 months (December 31, 2019) due to epilepsy as well. My story is here:
