If you go on their site it will tell you everything you need to get one.

What do I need as proof of microchip?

I believe they have a form that you take to your vet and fill out send that in if no form type onw up and take that to the vet. have them scan the dog and stamp and sign it.

If there is a show or trial near you, you can ask if they can/will do it sometimes they do.

Unless they have changed what is required since fall you just put the microchip number on the scorebook application-no additional form/proof required. All the trials I have been in they check tattoo or scan microchip & verify it is the same as what is listed in the dogs scorebook.

Candance thanks, maybe I was thinking of WDA and their rules. They needed paper for everything.
