WHO CARES NOW......REGISTER THE DOG AND MAKE A NAME WITH IT.......DARN GOOD LOOKING DOG.....SHE HAS IT NOW SO DO WHAT COUNTS.........GET IT WORKING AND LOVIN' IT AND BOND WITH IT AND TAKE OFF TO THE TOP WITH IT......TURN SOMETHING NEGATIVE AROUND AND MAKE A POSITIVE..

In my book, advertising a dog as a German Import implies German papers. He may still be a nice dog, but when the seller is dishonest it certainly sucks some of the joy out of the buying experience.

Echo did you ever get your papers? I am curious where is this dog imported from if he is imported at all ? It has a (CO) in front of his name on the DB but no information on anything. He is very nice looking Echo, sorry for all you went thru.

sURELY SHE HAS THEM BY NOW...i HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH........AS TO WHY SUCH A BREEDER WOULD MAKE SUCH TROUBLE FOR HERSELF DOGS ARE HARD TO COME BY , AND HARD TO MARKET WHEN YOUR HONEST AND STRIVE TO DO YOUR BEST AND ARE A TOP BREEDER AND A TOP HANDLER.....

I think the word assume or implied is the answer to most of the problem, it would be nice if we had a lawyer or international judge here to get advise from, or maybe a check list to check information.I would only trust a group of breeders from here for reassurance, as a mistake can be costly for some of these imports ,and a novice will surely have a problem with out reliable resources for terms, shipping and pedigree knowledge , but sometimes it can be hard to ask a serious question when the group is in tiff with each other.

YR it seems like if she had the paperwork she would have said something, but so far I can't find where she has. I called DachHaus when they were running all those ads for puppies. I didn't get a very good "feel" at all when I called. She also had an older female for sale at the time too. Then she was divorcing, must sell, then the price would go up. It was wierd. Maybe she took her meds when Echo talked to her.

ALOT LIKE TIM HELSER AND 4PACK CHARGED HER FOR A STUD FEE THEN 4 PACK FOUND OUT .....NO AKC PAPERS SO SHE COULD REGISTER THE LITTER...NOW A YEAR LATER HES TRIALING IN OHIO AND ON SEVERAL USA SCHUTZHUND LISTS WITH THIS SAME DOG.....SHE STILL HAS NO PAPERWORK , NO AKC NUMBER AND HE SUPPOSIDLY RUNS A USA SCHUTZHUND AFFLIATED CLUB???????
AND THE BEAT GOES ON AND ON AND ON ONE MORE PERSON GETS RIPPED OFF......one of us may be next....I ask too many questions and usually get told that ...but how else do you get to the bottom of what is real..
In this case and the other .,,,when the same story appears on our site more than two or three times....better listen up or ???????

I am not a liar, nor a thief !! And I really resent the comments. I have only had 2 imports. The one I recently sold to Echo meadows is an import, with pink papers !! I did not know that when you say "import w/ pink papers " that it means they came from Germany. There is nothing misleading, this lady from Echo meadows is bazarre in her comments to me and I have kept every single email she sent me. She is a liar, and is the most impatient person. She made up a bunch of lies about me and about the dog, She sent me a deposit on him and called about the shipping, she wanted for me to ship the dog 2 days later !!! thats impossible when you have to get vet exam, shipping arrangements, etc. We made arrangements to ship to her airport she chose and they didnt even sell dog crates ! As far as comments about the dog getting loose at the airport, I was not home all that day. When I returned home I did call the airport and called Echo meadow and the airport simply told me that the dog knocked the water bowl off the door and they had taken care of the problem ! Because of this they shipped him on a later flight. This was not my fault,
How can you people make hurtfull comments about people that you do not even know ? last year when I put up ads on the database my computer was acting up and I did not know that you couldnt place several ads on there. that was taken care of when I found out. The gorgeous male I sold her is an import. Neithr one of us discussed where he came from. she liked his looks and pedigree, I also sent her copies of his import papers ! and yes she has all of his papers !
