hot spots or? winter coat shedding?

my dog is shedding her winter coat on her legs when i brush a lot i found a few bleeding spots they look like hot spots. Otherwise she looks really healthy and beautiful anyone had this on their dogs before while brushing off the winter coat? i havent seen her chew or bite it? i think most of the dead hair from that area is gone now. but i just found a few red spots agitated from the brush bled a bit then stopped.

She has probably been chewing on herself cause the shedding hair is causing itching.

i cut off the hair and washed it out and put cocoa butter scar serum on the spots they arent red or bleeding anymore at all
