Hundmutter, what specifically would you get? I have hard wood flooring throughout the house.

That's good, clear means he is hydrated, like people, clear or mostly clear, odorless urine is healthy. If you do notice a foul odor or a change in color, dark yellow, red or even a purple color that is usually signs of a bladder infection.

They have a de-scenting spray at most pet supply stores, Petco, Petsmart etc. Look in the aisle with the potty pads and pooper scoopers LOL.

Any washing powder will do, as far as I am aware; the only thing I ever heard was to make it a non-biological one, something to do with the artificial enzymes reacting with the amonia in the urine I believe. Any hoo, it has always seemed to work well ! Don't think you need a very strong solution, if you are worried about your wooden floor getting marked. I mentioned it because so many people just blot up small amounts of puppy urine with kitchen paper, and then don't do much more ! The commercial de-scenting sprays mentioned just seem to mask it, temporarily, not eradicate it. At least not enough to fool a dogs nose.

FWIW I'd still be giving 3 meals at that age too, even if the breeder had said two was already enough.
