Go back and read the press release again, it should have revealed facts surrounding the case ONLY. The majority of the release is full of someone's opinion, this isn't the type of gun used to shoot a deer blah blah blah.

The release was loaded with too much junk unrelated to the facts IMO.

By the way, anyone else aware that Obama was reversed today on a different issue for violating the Constitution? You probably won't hear too much about it on the old CNN, MSNBC looney left stations.
