Hey Ruger,

Sadly, I only have one now. I lost my Cisco in June :( Miss him every day.
But, Ava baby is amazing and doing great.
Thanks for asking.

Ric: to paraphrase one comment "these are not breeding quality dogs, but for $500.00 more dollars, they can be"

Prager ( Hans) Your premise is wrong. You think that the seller sells pet quality for less with LR and breeding quality for more with full registration. But that is not necessarily so. The seller with such scheme of providing full registration for extra $500 has to do more more likely with options in marketting.
Like I can buy a car cheaper without AC but for etra I can have AC. In other words, the breede is selling an extra option, which in this case is right to breed.
It may, but not need to have anything to do with the quality of the pup. Before you poo-poo on this think about it. The buyer does not want to breed so if she can save $500 why not. The opposite is true for the seller. iI the person wants this option of FR, then they should pay for it exatra $500. Personally, I do not deal this way because it is too complicated and may confuse the buyer into believing that he is getting a lesser pup if he is not buying full registration.
I personally sell the pup with full registration. Your money got you your dog so who am I to try to controll you. People will do whatever they want and I have more controll over what they are going to do if they trust me and then I can guide them on the right path beneficial to their dog and if they breed, to GSD breed in general.

I agree with 1Ruger1 post. but there are different strokes for different folks.

“Selling the right to breed”. Meow! That is the mantra of the DNA hoarders.

🙀 Rik “skin a cat”
I like Pragers’s quote so much better!!!😬

Rik’s quote was perfectly inline with his original post’s cat fancier analogy. More to the point than that of a pseudo sensei.

Why I support LR

A person has a light bulb go off in their greedy little head 🤔..🤨..💡..🤑..
They muster up thier life savings to buy a little female puppy from the”offspring of a well known sire and they think they’ve gotten a goldmine! 🤑🤑🤨

IMO the indiscriminating breeder who is more concerned with the rights of their paying customers are responsible for what follows~😠😡😠

They breed the heck out of that poor little bitch who is untitled, without heath screenings, temperament screening and with absolutely ZERO regard for standards~

However, what they DO have is a pedigree, papers, and a breeders blessings of Full Registration to begin what will surely be to the demise of that poor puppy~ 💔

They breed her to every “big male GSD” on the block and she spits out a litter of 8 as often as nature allows for 5 years! Do the math!! ~ 💰💰💰💰

Most of the puppies are sold to the exact same type of people and we alll know the despicable pathetic life most of those pups will live. 😡 ~

When she begins to look like hell and her health begins to fail they then give her to their cousin Shep so he has a guard dog for his junk collection. She spends the rest of her pitiful life living alone outside and uncared for ~ 🥀

And all her little life accomplished was to supply her BYB with a “Pink and Juicy” wardrobe and Bae his drank ~ 💃🏻🍺

I believe that this horrible scenero can be drastically reduced if breeders made it as difficult as possible to even get their hands on these puppies and when they do sell HOLD back those breeding rights until the pup can prove itself. It is the least we can do!

People WILL do what they want but that doesn’t mean we make it easy for them.
Sadly though, as long as money 💰 is the main objective things will never change!
When money is the bottom line ALL living things suffer ~
